Mechanical Properties and Microcosmic Properties of Self-Compacting Concrete Modified by Compound Admixtures

It has become a research hotspot to explore raw material substitutes of concrete. is important the mechanical properties self-compacting concrete (SCC) with slag powder (SP) and rubber particle (RP) replacing cement coarse aggregate, respectively. 12 kinds composite modified (CMSCC) specimens were prepared by using 10%, 20% 30% SP 30%, 40%, 50% 60% RP. The rheological properties, microstructure CMSCC investigated. Results indicate that workability, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength flexural less than 40% RP are improved. In order maximize utilization waste materials, can be used as optimal ratio combined modifier. shows addition proper amount conducive formation increasingly more uniform C-S-H gel. gel fill internal pores sample enhance adhesion between thus improving CMSCC. rougher surface lower density stiffness, which inhibits workability above results have theoretical practical significance for selection materials rational use industrial wastes.
